Morgyn & Jake met while working at Temple University. Jake was the graduate assistant for the men’s basketball team and Morgyn was the social media coordinator. Talk about the opening scene of a romantic comedy! Even though they worked together, they barely spoke to one another until a work trip to Hartford, Connecticut. While grabbing drinks with their coworkers, Jake was showing a funny picture of the team to everyone and Morgyn had to have it for their social media feed. She asked to send it to herself via his phone. Jake saw this as Morgyn making a move and texted her the next day to see her again. And in Morgyn’s words – “a few dates later and the rest is history!”

Fast forward and they’re headed to “meet friends” at Race Street Pier in Philadelphia. Instead, Jake got down on one knee and Morgyn said yes! Their friends and family were waiting next door to celebrate one of the best nights of their lives!

Nowadays, you’ll find them working out, hanging out with friends, going to happy hour, or watching Netflix and documentaries. They also love walking, traveling, and exploring new places.

After five years together, Morgyn & Jake were so excited to make it official with their favorite people. Not to mention – threw one a heck of a party. Congrats! It was such a pleasure working with you both to bring this day to life!
