Today on the blog we are featuring this beautiful celestial inspired fall wedding. And the couple, let’s just say they have hearts of gold.

Casey & Richard met in Thailand! There was a group of people visiting a mutual friend and Casey & Rich had an instant connection. On their first night in Bangkok, Casey rode on the back of his motorbike as they took in the sights of the beautiful city! 

When they got back to the states, Casey and Rich were living in two different cities at the time so they excitedly waited for the weekends when they got to visit each other. They love to hike, travel, dance, ski, and basically do everything together. One of their favorite traditions is to buy each other plane tickets as birthday presents! 

One year for Rich’s birthday, Casey bought tickets to Seattle & Portland. While they were there hiking with a friend, Rich proposed on a beautiful mountain surrounded by wildflowers. And as they say, the rest is written in the stars. 

As you’ll see in the photos, we worked with the couple to infuse their event with their story – from the Bethlehem stars (from Bethlehem, PA!) to the perfectly placed greenery – we sought design this event around an outpouring of gratitude for their family and friends while also incorporating their timeless story. To truly create an experience center on their beautiful love but reflective of their hearts for all of the people they love so dearly.

And the greatest compliment of all was hearing the mother of the bride walk through the space saying oh this is so Casey and Rich. This is what we strive to do with our design work. It should always be a reflection of you.
